The company was founded in the early 1980's at a time when plastic processing was looked at in a simple way. With foresight and a passion for plastics, we embarked on our mission to transform and improve the plastics industry.
Our success soon created a growing demand in the field of automation in the plastics industry. Ferlin therefore decided to specialize in this area in 1988. We developed the first gravimetric dosing/mixing systems in Europe, now widely known as GRAVIMIX, and optimized many existing production processes.
Ferlin then developed an innovative range of central conveying systems that again took automation to a much higher level. Using data to improve our client's production process is a common thread throughout our history.
In 2015, we started selling dryers at Ferlin after which, in 2022, our first in-house dryers were launched. Decentralized Conveying Systems were also added to our product range that year.
