The company was founded in the early 1980's at a time when plastic processing was looked at in a simple way. With foresight and a passion for plastics, we embarked on our mission to transform and improve the plastics industry.
Our success soon created a growing demand in the field of automation in the plastics industry. Ferlin therefore decided to specialize in this area in 1988. We developed the first gravimetric dosing/mixing systems in Europe, now widely known as GRAVIMIX, and optimized many existing production processes.
Ferlin then developed an innovative range of central conveying systems that again took automation to a much higher level. Using data to improve our client's production process is a common thread throughout our history.
In 2015, we started selling dryers at Ferlin after which, in 2022, our first in-house dryers were launched. Decentralized Conveying Systems were also added to our product range that year.

Since then, Ferlin Plastics Automation has been one of the most valued and leading manufacturers of advanced automation solutions for the plastics industry. Whether it's drying, conveying or dosing granulates; Ferlin is the specialist.
