Our hopper loaders for plastic granules are designed with durability and efficiency in mind. We have deliberately chosen a design with as few wear and tear parts as possible, and if any wear occurs, parts are easy to replace so that downtime is minimized.

Our revolutionary honeycomb dryers work with a rotating disk in which regeneration, cooling and moisture absorption take place simultaneously. Because all these processes take place at once, a very constant dew point is achieved, and regeneration can take place at a much lower temperature.

The dryers therefore consume a lot less energy and always treat the materials to be dried in the same way. This type of dryer has its own drying unit per hopper which eliminates contamination and makes larger systems much less susceptible to breakdowns. In addition, these dryers are easy to move because they only require electricity.
